In the Http proxy box type IP address of reliance 10.239.221.5  and in the Port box type 8080 then check "Use this proxy server for all protocols"

For Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections  > Click on LAN Settings button >Uncheck Automatic Detect Settings > then Check  Use proxy server for youe LAN > In the address box type IP address which is 10.239.221.5 and in the Port box type 8080.
